Shopping for a Suite
How do I purchase a suite at Oracle Park?
To rent a suite at Oracle Park, click on the event you wish to attend via the RESERVE NOW page to see available suite options. Suites can be purchased directly on our website by entering your credit card information.
When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?
Following your purchase, a representative from Oracle Park will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite.
How are my tickets delivered?
All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone via the appropriate ticketing app. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Oracle Park.
Are suites ADA accessible?
Yes, all suites are ADA accessible.
Payment
Can I pay using a different payment method?
Acceptable forms of payment on OracleParkSuites.com include:
All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative. If you prefer to use an alternate payment method, please contact us at PremiumSales@oraclepark.
Are there any additional fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses.
Refund Policy
Can I cancel my suite reservation for a refund?
No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events see below.
What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?
Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.
What if my event is canceled?
If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.
Planning Your Premium Experience
How and when do I order food & beverage?
For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with catering instructions. Guests may forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Catering preorders will be due 2 business days prior to your event.
Am I required to purchase food & beverage?
No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted in suites.
How much does catering typically cost?
Catering costs vary based on the package selected. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food—i.e., snacks vs. full meals—and number of people. On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included).
Can I purchase additional tickets (Standing Room Only tickets, or SROs) for my suite?
Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Oracle Park Suite Representative to complete the transaction. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) up until 2 days prior to the event.
Can I get guest passes for my suite?
Guest passes are not allowed for suites.
What is the child ticket policy for suites?
Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Oracle Park. Suites can provide a private and secure space for families attending an event with younger children.
What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Oracle Park)?
Please refer to the Oracle Park A to Z Guide for information on permitted items, bag policy, and all other details related to your gameday experience at Oracle Park.
Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?
Suite tickets will provide access to the Blue Shield of CA Field Club & Club Level.
Game Day Questions
Where do I park?
Parking passes included with your suite purchase are for the 153 Townsend Garage, right across the street from the Willie Mays Plaza entrance. Suite guests should visit our Transportation page to explore travel options.
Where do I find the VIP Entrances?
Suite guests may enter via the Suite Lobby at Willie Mays Plaza. Your Oracle Park representative will share details on where to go to enter based on your suite location and where you are parking or arriving.
When does my suite open?
Gates open 90 minutes prior to most events. Check the Oracle Park website for event-specific information.
Can I order food & beverage during my event?
Yes. You may place food and drink orders from your suite during the event.
Do I tip our suite attendant?
While gratuity is not required, it is certainly appreciated if your suite attendant provides exceptional service during your event. Our attendants are dedicated to ensuring you have a great experience, and tipping is a thoughtful way to acknowledge their efforts.
If I have a suite issue on event day who can I contact?
Each suite is serviced by a gameday suite concierge. If you have an issue, please contact your concierge or visit the concierge desk, located in the Willie Mays lobby on the suite level.
